Weekend Shenanigans

My weekend was spent secret squirrel feeding my neighbours pets, including being chased by ninja attack chickens, making an ad for my dad's bike which he is selling (it feels so wrong!) and I also hand sewed a case for my iphone. I'm pretty happy with the results!

I also fare-thee-welled my Mum and Sissy, they're roadtripping around New Zealand for the next 10 days. Very jealous and hoping they bring back lots of gifts!!! ..I mean...stories.

I also spent a fair amount of my parents internet looking at videos from this genius

And that is all...

Well that's not ALL but that is all the interesting things you can probably survive reading about before dying of boredom. For instance if I told you I spent most of my time reading Crime & Punishment, or watching Dumb & Dumber, you probably would die.

Weekend Shenanigans

This weekend was rather quiet. Spent visiting my grandparents, working on my illustrations for Cellophane Friends and other odds and ends. I enjoy cartoonizeing my friend and putting pink cheeks on them, I call it "poppeting".

I also baked muffins.

It started with a sandwich with a lovely message on it from the ladies down at my local coffee shop, then i saw Alice in Wonderland (good, not life-changing, but good movie) then I was at a friends house and watched Citizen Kane, I missed a lot of dialogue but it was interesting to hear where The White Stripes got some inspiration from for their album "White Blood Cells", I also downloaded an application on my phone to cartoonize photos and ultimately draw little pinks cheeks on them.

Somewhere in there I also watched a bit of Mercury Rising..."Momeee, Simonn is Homme!"
